Position Summary:
This position is responsible for performing limited office duties as assigned by the Personnel chair or other authorized personnel. This is a part-time, On-call position when full time employees are off work or extra help is needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- General Office Duties
- Maintain filing system
- Issue permits
- Answer phone and greet visitors
- Minor accounting tasks
- Produce and distribute information/reports to Board members
- Schedule use of the Lodge
- Assist the LLPRD as needed
- Personal Attributes
- Must maintain confidentiality of all business regarding LLPOA & LLPRD
- Be well organized and neat
- Friendly and professional in all interactions
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform other duties relevant to Association and Lake District business as assigned by the Personnel committee chair or other authorized personnel.
Qualifications:
To perform this position successfully, an individual must demonstrate regular, predictable attendance and be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed above are representative of the knowledge and skill required. Interaction with LLPOA members will occur, and the individual is expected to always behave professionally and courteously.
The individual must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment physical and drug check.
Education/Certification/Licensure:
- Valid driver’s license.
Experience
- Prior experience preferred.
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required:
General Office knowledge
- Proficient in MS Office Suite-Work, Excel, PowerPoint
- Proficient in use of various email platforms
- Possess good communication skills-written and verbal
- Experience in use of social media platforms
- Understanding of simple accounting procedures
- Maintain manual and electronic file systems
- Knowledge in use of office equipment
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 20 pounds
Working Conditions:
- This position is an indoor office work setting.
Scheduling:
- Weekly hours will vary. Range will be from zero hour per week to 40 hours per week

Summary
Responsible for assisting the Lake Manager as needed in helping to maintain the water quality of Legend Lake. Position is flexible on days worked and number of hours put in per day. In general, 2-4 days per week throughout the summer season is required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Mowing, Shoveling, Weed Whacking, Leaf & Debris Removal, Running and Maintaining Small Equipment, Water Quality Testing Using Various Instruments and Testing Chemicals, GPS Activities, Computer Data Entry, Operate and Maintain Aquatic Plant Harvesters, Backing Large Equipment/Trailers and Operating a Pontoon Boat.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Supervision Received
General guidelines of daily work schedule and some oversight.
Qualifications
Must possess a valid Driver’s License and be insurable. Experience with small power equipment/tools. Must possess general mechanical skills. Computer skills, typing for data entry is a plus. Must work with minimal supervision.
Language Skills
Ability to read and write.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to solve basic math addition/subtraction/multiplication and division.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions for problem solving and referral to Supervisor.
Physical Demands
Must possess good vision with adequate depth perception. Regularly lift 50lbs. Occasionally lift 75lbs.
Work Environment
The employee will be exposed to moving mechanical parts; outdoor weather conditions; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate unless running power equipment or machinery.

Summary
Responsible for educating and inspecting all watercraft entering or leaving the lake in order to prevent the spread of invasive species and maintain the water quality of Legend Lake.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Greet users of the launch site. Inspect all watercraft and trailers for any aquatic invasive species. During the inspection you’ll be educating the boater and any others in his party, about identifying and removing any aquatic invasive species from their watercraft. Notify proper authorities regarding infractions. Perform general grounds maintenance in launch areas.

Supervision Received
Employee receives some guidance and oversight. Any unusual matters will be referred to the Supervisor.
Qualifications
Ability to communicate well with people. Basic mathematic, reading and writing skills desired. Must be able to work with minimal supervision.

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions for problem solving for referral to Supervisor.
