Following is the current list of Association owned properties that are for sale. Sealed bid process with the minimum starting bid listed:

Please submit any sealed bids prior to the Board of Directors meeting. The deadline for bids will be Friday, November 8, 2024. The Board of Directors meeting will be on Friday November 8, 2024 at 3 p.m.
The Board of Directors has the final decision for any and all land sales. All lots will transfer with the “Right of First Refusal” for all future sales.
The Buyer assumes all responsibility of locating exact location of lot property lines. (Maps & metal detector available with certain restrictions).
