LLPOA OWNED PROPERTY
Following is the current list of Association owned properties that are for sale. Sealed bid process with the minimum starting bid listed:

Please submit any sealed bids prior to the Board of Directors meeting. The deadline for bids are due at the next available Board Meeting. The Board of Directors meet on the second Friday of the month at 3pm.
The Board of Directors has the final decision for any and all land sales. All lots will transfer with the “Right of First Refusal” for all future sales.
The Buyer assumes all responsibility of locating exact location of lot property lines. (Maps & metal detector available with certain restrictions).
