Each year the Responsible Boating Committee (RBC) provides a DNR Approved Boater Safety Class at the Legend Lake Lodge. The class is taught by experienced, DNR instructors using lecture, demonstrations and hands-on experience. Each day of class students are given assignments to complete at home prior to the next class.
The class takes place over the course of 5 days in late June. Four of the days are 9am-12pm and one day is 9am-2pm.
The class is $10 per person and a Wisconsin DNR Customer ID# is require prior to attending. The ID# is easy to obtain by calling the DNR at 1-888-936-7463 or visiting www.gowild.wi.gov
